		Conduct due diligence to take transactions to the next level of execution. In-depth due diligence on principals of transactions is conducted through our affiliate, Due Diligence Reports, LLC, a State of Florida licensed private investigative agency. (see www.duediligencereports.com ).
		Verify the corporate status of transactions to determine capital market acceptance.
		Perform, when required, demographic and market analysis to determine, to the extent possible, the success probability of transactions.
		Review and scrutinize transactions presented to it for private placement.
		Analyze risk factors and recommend exit strategies.
		Provide additional administrative support to the Project.
